While returning home from an errand this past weekend; these words spoke so profoundly to me, “Pursue, overtake and recover all what has been lost and stolen from you!” Right away this brought to my remembrance a dream of many years ago where I saw myself walking in my yard holding in my hands many sticks of dynamite.  Then as I entered the driveway there was a rather large hole almost in the middle and when I looked in the hole I saw the entire inside of my home.  Instantaneously I dropped one stick of dynamite into the hole. There was a rippling effect which left some of the trees in the front yard black.  The Word spoke from 1 Samuel 30:1-8; “And it came to pass, when David and his men were come to Ziklag on the third day, that the Amalekites had invaded the South, and Ziklag, and smitten Ziklag, and burned it with fire,” (2)”And had taken the women captives, that were therein: they slew not any either great or small, but carried them away, and went on their way.” (3)”So David and his men came to the city, and, behold, it was burned with fire; and their wives, and their sons, and their daughters, were taken captives;” (4)”Then David and the people that were with him lifted up their voice and wept, until they had no more power to weep.” (5)”And David’s two wives were taken captives, Ahinoam the Jezreelitess, and Abigail the wife of Nabal the Carmelite.”

Right now where you are your situation may not be like David and his men but truth be known; you may have lost everything you have ever owned.  In your home something seems to be sucking the peace.  (No peace in the home)  Your world has been turned upside down with no help in sight.  Let’s read of how David and his men reacted to the devastation they discovered in (6)”And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters; but David encouraged himself in the LORD his God.”  Do you have children or even your spouse who are being held captive by the devices of the enemy?  Can you imagine how David and his men felt?  These men were so upset at David, that they wanted to stone him to death.  Take note though of what David did and of how he responded to all of this.  (7)”And David said to Abiathar the priest, Ahimelech’s son, I pray thee, bring me hither the ephod.  And Abiathar brought thither the ephod to David.”  (8)”And David inquired of the LORD, saying, shall I pursue after this troop?  Shall I overtake them? And he answered him, pursue for thou shalt surely overtake them, and without fail recover all.”  What David did could be the solution to dismantling the household wickedness and household witchcraft that is currently going on in your home.  Not to mention the amount of bewitchment taking place at your job and even in the Church.  It is time to pursue, overtake and recover all that has been lost and taken from you! Recover your health and the peace in your home that the wicked one has stolen from your home.  Retrieve your marriage from Satan’s altar; yes, recover your finances and your prayer life. However, just maybe what you have lost is not mentioned here and you could never tell anyone about your situation.  The question is, have you reached the point where you have wept so much there are now no more tears left to weep?  Do you dare go before the LORD like David did even while being under heavy attack and slander by your very own?  Well, if you have answered in the affirmative it is possible that Yahweh, the God who has redeemed you He will not only give to you the green light to pursue overtake and recover all but He will give you the strategy and reveal which weapon to use.  For me Abba Father gave me sticks of dynamite which He allowed me to use only one stick to blow up the satanic surveillance cameras which subsequently burnt up the evil trees that were planted in my front yard too. It was only a dream yet it seemed so real!  What has Yahweh given you and has He given you the command to pursue overtake and recover all that has been lost or stolen from you?  Pause and calmly think about this. Much Love!

It is time for people (me too) all around the world especially here in the Bahamas to sit and reflect on the devastating storms and of how Yahweh divinely intervened not only where you are but right here on the island of Grand Bahama in the city of Freeport!

Many are without a job and businesses are foreclosing, eviction notices seem to be multiplying yet as you reflect you are still alive and you may not be able to explain it to anyone how Jehovah Jireh has provided everything you needed throughout 2013!  He did not allow you to go to bed hungry even though it may not have been your choice food, “it hit the spot” so to speak!  Reflect on how bare the cupboards maybe but the essentials are there Reflect on Abba Father’s favour even in the midst of tragedy!

Some have lost everything and what looked like the end became a new beginning!  As you reflect God has turned the pages of your life and as you are about to enter into 2014 these words are echoing, “You can make it!”

Pause for a moment right where you are to read the story of a woman who became so gravely ill she was not able to take of her husband and her little children read of how God instrumentally used one of her sons so mightily to get her attention.  It was me (the gravely ill mother in the story)!  You too can make it!  May the Holy Spirit comfort you where ever you are on your journey and as you reflect lets pick up the story!

Wandering around in the lowest valley there seemed to be nothing there suddenly my attention shifted to a man dressed in pure white.  He beckoned me to join him at the top of the mountain; quickly I made the decision to accept his invitation but there were two paths up the mountainside.  The smooth and green path lead slightly away from him and the rough path led straight to where he was standing.  In a flash my feet began climbing the rough side of the mountain, miraculously my feet became like hinds feet to make the climb.  Yet when I reached the top he was not there!  Determined to find him feet escaping some deadly traps.  I found myself face to face with the most beautiful river my eyes had ever seen!  Then beheld an unusual and majestic sight a sea like glass and people were walking on it.  I awoke saying these words, “I can make it, I can make it!”  It was a dream yet it seemed so real.  For you see before I had drifted off into a deep sleep my body ached with excruciating pain, I had whispered to the Lord, “I did not think I was going to make this one.”  I stopped by just to tell you, you can make it!

One day a woman grew very ill in bed and as she lay there for a while.  Her little children became extremely hungry, so the oldest of them ran to his mother bedside and said to his mother, “Mommy, please tell me how to prepare the chicken.”  He wanted to clean and season it.  Apparently the little boy had completed this.  He then went back to his mother and whispered in her ear, “Mommy, please tell me how to cook the beans and rice.”  Well upon hearing this the mother who was very sick prayed to Abba Father to give to her the strength to get up to go and cook something for her children to eat.  She prayed, “Lord, I can make it!”  You know what, the Lord gave her the strength to get up out of that bed.  When she arrived in the kitchen the little boy had already seasoned the chicken and was in the process of cooking the beans and rice!  God used the little boy to demonstrate to his mother she could make it in spite of her sickness.  In fact because of the little boy’s persistence it changed this mother’s perspective!  The mother began to see from God’s perspective as a result she was healed and was able to care for her family again!

What about you?  The Doctors may have given you the grim report there is nothing more they can do for you!  The electricity may be off.  To make mattesr worse the water supply may have been disconnected too.  There may not be any food in the cupboards and every other bill is past due! Still I say to you, you can make it!  Your spouse may have left you and you are thinking, “Lord, I just cannot take any more of this!”  I tell you, you can make it.  Dare I ask you, “Whose report will you believe?”  There I dared you and I repeat, “Whose report will you believe?”  Dare to believe the report of the Lord.  To you, who the Doctors can do no more for I am a living witness God can and will heal you.  Just believe like the little boy who became so hungry he believed he could cook something to eat even though he could not reach the stove nor the sink but he used a chair to stand on to clean and season the chicken; yes, he used the chair to turn on the stove and he began to cook the beans and rice!  You can make it!  Jehovah Rapha is your Healer!  Activate your faith right now like the woman who had the issue of blood read it for yourself from the book of Luke 8:43-48.  She had spent every penny she had and the Word says she grew worse.  The Doctors could do no more for her. (I am paraphrasing)  One day Jesus came to her town and it became known to her that He was there; she said within herself, she did not ask anybody if Jesus could heal.  This what she really said in Matthew 9:21 “For she said to herself, ‘if only I may touch His garment, I shall be made well.” Then she did something as sick as she was, she got up!  I believe she said within herself, “I can make it to go to where Jesus is.”  I believe she pressed her way through crowds and crowds of people.  She touched the hem of Jesus’ garment.  Immediately something miraculous happened she was completely healed!  Yes, you can make it!   You, who do not have a job Jehovah Jireh, He will provide that job for you.  He is even now making provisions for your utilities to be reconnected and for food with other necessities for you and your family.  You can make it.  Dry your tears.  Do not pull another strand of hair out if your head!  When you lay your head on your pillow tonight you will sleep.  For Abba Father will give to you sweet rest.  You can make it for the breaker has already gone up and has broken through on every side for you!  You can make it!  What you are walking is only temporary it will pass.

I am reminded of the story of the four lepers in the book of 2 Kings chapter seven whom God used to fulfill His Word lets go to verses 3-4 of chapter 7, (3)”And there were four leprous men at the entering of the gate: and they said to one another, why sit we here until we die?´ (4)”If we say, we will enter into the city, then the famine is in the city, and we shall there: and if we sit still here, we die also.  Now therefore come, and let us fall unto the host of the Syrians: if they save us alive, we shall live, and if they kill us; we shall but die.” These four lepers did something they had never done before; they got up and dared to go against the norm not knowing God had already made provisions for them and for the rest of His people.  It is such a comfort to know Abba Father does not discriminate!  He loves all of us in spite of where you have been and all you have done He still loves you!  God used four lepers to carry the good news with the evidence that the famine was over.  Of course these lepers got their provisions and hid them.  Listen to what they said to each other after they had secured their provisions in verse 9 of 11 Kings.  “We do not well: this day is a day of good tidings, and we hold our peace: if we tarry the morning light, some mischief will come upon us: now therefore come, that we may go and tell the king’s household.”

I recall growing up on the Island of Eleuthera in the settlement of Rock Sound where my grandmother would bake bread and as she would give a loaf to all of her neighbors.  Someone else who raised sheep and goats would make sure every neighbor had a piece of meat or a fish to cook.  Today it is time for each of us to care about our neighbors.  When you cook, carry a plate of food to your neighbor, call each other on the telephone; whisper a word of hope.  Tell every person you meet, “you can make it!”  Make happen for others what you want God your heavenly Father to make happen for you!

Yes, you can make it but not without each other!  We need each other.  Abba Father wants to make you and me instruments of His peace!  Let us from this day forward use our mouths to speak blessings and kind words to each other.  Let us use our hands willingly to help others and may your feet be swift in running to rescue souls who are in need: and do not tell anybody about what you do for God.  He will give to you great rewards!  Yes, you can make it!

There is a resounding, it is time for you (me too) to take time out to reflect on the many dangers, storms and disasters, heartaches and the grief of losing  loved ones and yes, you may have lost everything especially here on the island of Grand Bahama!  Pause and calmly think about this as you reflect, focus and you will see clearly God’s divine intervention in your situation!  You can make it!  I leave with you this poem entitled Don’t Quit written by Judith Bulock Morse

You can make it!

While lying prostrate on the threshing floor, a large, unclothed man appeared, and he stooped his hinder part right up in my face. Just as I started to say, “Get your you know what out of my face!” The Holy Spirit spoke to me saying, “Ask him what your name is?” I said to the large man, “You are nasty and very rude!” Again, the Holy Spirit instructed me to ask him, what is your name? This time I complied, and the man replied, “My name is perversion and I have been sent to hinder you from your kingdom assignment.” Then a large black bull appeared. He was blocking my way. Just looking at this big beast, I wanted to rip him out of my way.  Yet obediently I asked him, “What is your name? He did not answer me, but the LORD revealed that the bull represented a strong rebellion, and he was sent to bring severe persecution and rejection.  The Word spoke up from the book of Romans 8:26-28 “Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weakness.  For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.” (27)” Now He who searches the heart knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.” (28)” And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” 

These strongmen, perversion and rebellion were on special assignment against my divine destiny, yet the Word continued to speak this time from Matthew 4:10-11 concerning the temptation of Jesus being tempted by the Devil while he was in the wilderness.  (10)” Then Jesus said to him, “Away with you, Satan! For it is written, “You shall worship the LORD your God, and Him only you shall serve.” (11)” Then the Devil left Him, and behold, angels came and ministered to Him.” 

Abba Father reminded me of the importance of using the Word like Jesus to defeat not only the strongmen of perversion and rebellion but to make sure none of him is in me! He continued to speak to me, “The strongman had found some of him in you, Margaret. Your initial response to him was to curse him out.” Then to my dismay Abba Father revealed to me that the strong man of perversion was not just homosexuality, bestiality and lesbianism, pornography, sodomy and rape but there were many more manifestations of this strongman such as adultery and fornication, flirtation, indecency, cursing, gossip, deception, stubbornness, witchcraft and divination this list can go on and on. This strongman of perversion specializes in detouring Yahweh’s people from His perfect will for their lives! I was startled not only by this revelation but to find out there was not only cursing found in me but also rebellion which had opened the door for the bull to come in to tear my life apart! 

The Word is speaking again “Whoever walks blamelessly will be saved, but he who is perverse in his ways will suddenly fall.  Proverbs 28:18.” I humbly repented before the LORD! He stood me up on my feet and anointed me with the Resurrection power of Jesus Christ to bind and take all authority over the strongmen of perversion and the strong bull of rebellion giving me boldness to lose God’s Holy Spirit, Pureness and Holiness! 

In your walk with God, have you ever encountered any of the fore mentioned manifestations or signs of this awful spirit operating in your life? While you are thinking about this question, think about this. There are hundreds of strongmen operating from the shadowy world with strategies and tactics, might I add they are highly organized and work in harmony with each other specially assigned to derail you from your divine purpose and destiny! 

It is time to take dominion and go after the strongmen operating in your life by putting your trust in Yahweh, the God who has redeemed you and calls you His own! Close every open door that you may have unknowingly opened to the enemy. Make sure you put on the whole Armour 

and take your place seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Read the Words of Jesus from the book of Matthew 18:18-20 “Verily I say unto you, whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.  Again, I say unto you that if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” 

Be mindful if there is something you and I must do, what is that you may ask? Can you hear the Word speaking to you and to me from Romans 13:12-14 “The night is far spent; the day is at hand.  Therefore, let us cast off the works of darkness and let us put on the armor of light.” (13)” Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy.” (14)” But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provisions for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.” 

Make sure none if him is in you when you ask strongman………What is your name?

Engedi (spring of a kid) is an oasis on the barren western shore of the dead 
sea, about thirty-five miles Southeast of Jerusalem. It lays on the eastern 
edge of the rugged wilderness of Judah, which contained many hide outs 
where David sometimes hid when he was fleeing from Saul. (This description 
of Engedi is taken from the bible dictionary Nelson’s New Illustrated Copyright(c) 
1995, 1986 by Thomas Nelson Publishers. 
 
1 Samuel 23:29 says ” And David went up from thence and dwelt in strong holes 
at Engedi. 1 Samuel 24:1 also says, ” And it came to pass when Saul was returned  
from following the Philistines that it was told him saying, Behold David is in the 
wilderness of Engedi.” Engedi was watered by a hot spring, yielding an abundance 
of fresh water that burst forth hundreds of feet above the base of a large cliff. 
Song of Solomon 1:14 says ” My beloved is unto me as a cluster of camphire in Engedi.” 
Yes, Engedi despite its location, was a prosperous place, known for its fruitful palm 
trees, and fragrant balsam oil. 
 
In your walk with God, you may find yourself on the run like David. Understand that you 
will need a place like Engedi, that you too can find refuge. Yes, at Engedi there are may 
hideouts, and the enemy cannot find you there. At Engedi especially during the turbulent 
times of your life, you can retreat and refresh yourself. The waters are continually flowing, 
washing and cleansing you over, and over again experiencing an awesome presence of 
peace, even though the enemy is in hot pursuit. You have the assurance that you are safely 
hidden away in the cleft of the rock. Oh, the beautiful scenery at Engedi, even though the 
surrounding areas are desolate and dry. Engedi remains rich and a continual oasis. 
 
You will find that Engedi is the place to spend your time, especially while Abba is preparing 
you to fulfill your purpose, making you ready to walk to your destiny. Engedi is actually the 
place where you encounter Abba Father personally. Each time you go to Engedi, you are 
being changed from selfish to selfless, until there is total transformation into the very likeness 
of Jesus Christ. Where your hear cries at Engedi are, not my will Lord, but thy will be done!. 
 
I challenge you to find your Engedi, the place of prayer, where you spend time in the word, 
praying continually. For prayer like Engedi is an oasis, refreshing and restoring in the midst 
of what you are going through. Continual persistent prayer will keep you hidden from the 
enemy. Prayer will take you to the height to view the beautiful scenery, beyond the desolate 
and dry places. Prayer will keep the living waters of God flowing in your life. Engedi awaits 
you and me. The purpose in your heart today is to make Engedi a part of your daily life! Abba 
Father awaits you at Engedi. 

It was almost one a.m. when suddenly the lights and the fan went off but on the other side of the room the electric clock remained on along with the computer; I had heard when my husband had gotten up and I grew annoyed upon hearing in my ear, “Your husband just turned the breaker off for this room you are in!” I went to investigate but did not get a response then as I returned to the prayer room feeling angry then as I sat quietly in the chair I heard these words so vividly, “Lies and her cousin deception!”  Abba Father spoke, “Your husband did not turn the breaker off.” He instructed me to lift the lamp to the other side of the room and to plug it and the fan into another outlet. Yes, indeed the room was illuminated with light. 

Wherever you are on your journey if you have not had an encounter with lies and her cousin’s deception yet, can I tell you? You soon will. For lies and her cousin deception can be likened to a rough and disorderly crowd; very ruthless and dangerous indeed. They are responsible for many breakups of happy homes and sibling rivalry. Sadly, these two spirits are becoming strong in churches all around the Globe because Yahweh’s people (me too) are refusing to take our places. The Word is speaking from the book of Ephesians 1:17-23. KJV. (17)”That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit if wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him:” (18)”The eyes of our understanding being enlightening; that ye may know what is the hope of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,”  (19)”And what is the exceeding greatness of His power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of His mighty power,”  (20)”Which He wrought in Christ, when He raised him from the dead, and set him at His own right hand in the heavenly places,”  (21)”Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:”  (22)”And hath put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church,”  (23)”Which is His body, the fullness of Him that filleth all in all.”   Abba Father bids you and I to take our places in Christ! 

It is time for Yahweh’s people (me too) to plumb the line and to line up your lifeline upon line with His Word. Away with being so pious in church and then back biting each other, cursing out your boss, being rowdy and speaking negative words, this list is even much longer, stop it! For each time you engage in this type of behavior you open the door for lies and her cousin’s deception to come in and not only turn your entire household upside down, but you are too! 

Husbands and wives especially men and women of Yahweh repent of mistreating each other and for being abusive verbally to your children; rebuild the family alter (May the LORD continue to Bless those of you who continue to take the lead and are consistently building the family alter, I salute you.) and begin today to gather your entire family to pray more often.  Fathers, it is vital for you to take the lead in prayer and devotion; make it a priority to pray with your wife too. Stop spending all of your time in church, (Time spent in church is good) but there is an evil that has crept into many homes while moms and dads were at church the door was left open lies and her cousin deception took other spirits more wicked than themselves into homes and have left many homes in shambles; these spirits were sent specifically on special assignment by their father, the devil. 

There is a great urgency for an awakening among Yahweh’s people to become skilled in the doctrine of righteousness to walk in power and authority to stop lies and her cousin deception and shut down their evil operation daily. Take note, it does not matter what your status is in this life you will encounter lies and deception, the question is, are you armed and considered dangerous to the kingdom of darkness? Do you have Blood Covenant trough Jesus Christ? Have you confessed Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour and does He reign 

On the throne of your heart? The Word is speaking this time from the Gospel of John 10:9-10; (9)” I am the door; by me if any man enters in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.”  (10)” The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy; I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”  

Dear Reader, only Jesus Christ can shut the door permanently to lies and her cousin deception; if you have not already done so, will you allow Jesus Christ to sit on the throne of your heart? While you are thinking about this, I must confess there will be times when you will fall prey to lies and her cousin deception for before sitting quietly in the chair, I did slam the door and had become angry; I had believed the lies but there is something about sitting quietly before Abba Father and repenting; He is so forgiving and merciful to His children.  He instructed me to rout the lamp and the fan to the opposite side of the room; the darkened room then became fully illuminated likewise your life will become filled with the Light of Jesus Christ as you take your place seated with Him in heavenly places thus you (me too) will shut down the subtle operation of lies and her cousin deception! 

Have a Safe and Productive Day.

I arrived a bit late for early morning prayer meeting, where a sizable number of the saints were gathered to pray; then as I sat in the pew, there it was a lizard clinging to a tree planter near to the pulpit and it seemed to say, “I love to be present where the people of God are gathered to pray!” My response was, “Lord, I just want to smack it with my shoe, but it would cause quite a stir.”  The lizard stayed throughout the entire prayer meeting and at some point, as I began walking the floor in prayer, there it stood in my path clinging to the floor as if to say, “Lord, please do not let her stomp me with her shoes!” The Word spoke, “Do not put your foot on it!” Obediently I walked past, but I did not like the lizard being there! Just then the Word spoke from the book of Job 1:6-7 NKJ. (6)” Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD and Satan also came among them.” (7)” And the LORD said to Satan, “From where do you come?” So, Satan answered the LORD and said, “From going to and fro on the earth, and from walking back and forth on it.” The lizard that came to prayer meeting turned and stared at me as if to say, “you heard the word, I am present every time God’s people are gathered to pray!”  The Pastor raised the hymn entitled; Lord I want to be a Christian in my heart. Suddenly the lizard that came to prayer meeting made a quick dash to the left aisle of the church and before going out of the door looked again at me as if to say, “I am getting out of here, I do not want to be a Christian in my heart, ‘I am really the eyes for the shadowy world to see what you all are really doing for the Lord and to carry back a report. It seemed as if the lizard could not bear to hear the words, “Lord I want to be a Christian in my heart.” It turned again and gave a look which seemed to say, I must tell the boss that this church has some foot stomping soldiers who are armed and dangerous, I do not want to come back here ever again!” 

Abba Father Spoke, He said “My daughter, that was a demonstration of My love and mercy which is extended to everyone and every living thing. ‘I AM JEHOVAH ELOHIM! ‘Take note of how when you saw the lizard on the planter near the pulpit how you wanted to smack it and when you were walking the floor you wanted to stomp it under your feet. This is how My people treat sinners when they attend church, they want to put their foot on them, so they use their facial expressions and body language to convey their negative message like the lizard who came to prayer meeting. Witches and warlocks attend church services regularly and are not being saved and delivered because My people are failing to display my love like you My daughter failed to show love and mercy to the lizard that came to prayer meeting.” 

In your walk with Abba Father are you allowing the display of Jesus Christ to be in full operation as you cross paths with those who know not God? What do you do when you see a young man lying on the cold ground or the woman begging on the streets or the drunkard who shows up at church? What about the homeless and all the young men and women who are roaming the streets without a prospect of getting a job? Abba Father is concerned about them and our careless attitude toward them for He loves and cares about them just as much as he cares about you and me. This may shock you; God loves and cares about the witches and warlocks too! He hates sin but He loves people! The Word is speaking this time from John 3:16-17. (16) “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” (17)” For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” 

I received my rebuke from Abba Father and humbly repented now I see from His perspective! Wherever you are on your journey take time out to examine yourself to see if you (me too) are lining up with His Word regarding how you are treating those whom you cross paths with daily as you walk to your divine destiny! “Lord, I want to be a Christian in my heart” keeps on resounding and the answer is ringing like a doorbell, “show love and kindness to everyone you meet, and it will be evident that you are a Christian in your heart!” 

The lizard that came to prayer meeting will not soon be forgotten! Pause for a moment to inhale, now exhale as you think about this! Much Love  

Definition of a gangster from Webster’s New World Dictionary:  a member of a gang of criminals.

During the early afternoon, figuratively speaking, the living room of my home became a war zone, two gangsters appeared.  The bigger one seemed extremely exhausted but both looked past me with an expression of terror!  They looked at each other and the stout one said, “This woman is wearing us out, ‘Do you see who is here?  Let us get out of here!”  As I glanced to the other side of the room, there stood two angels poised for the fight.  Immediately the Word spoke from Psalm 91:11-12 verse (11)” For He will command His angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways.”  Verse (12)” They will lift you up in their hands so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.” Apparently, these two angels were on special assignment because the two gangsters had come to attack me with evil intent.  The Word spoke this time from Psalm 103:20-21 verse (20)” Bless  LORD, ye His angels, that, excel in strength, that do His commandments, hearkening unto the voice of His word.” verse (21)” Bless ye the LORD, all ye His hosts, ye ministers of His, that do His pleasure.”

 The battle has intensified and those who perform wicked deeds have become so bold in their wickedness that they do not wait until midnight to six am to carry out their wicked schemes instead they are now executing their evil plans during the day symbolically. The two gangsters showed up at my house in the early evening while the sun was still shining!

Wherever you (me too) are on your journey awaken from your slumber and be alert at all times!  Draw from the strength of Abba Father, be strong in the LORD and fully clothed with the armour of God, for we are constantly engaged in a battle against the forces of darkness.  This is a warning! Are you (me too) really paying attention to what is really going on in the spiritual realm?  In this realm, the forces of darkness are brutal and intentional.  We are to heed the instructions written by the Apostle Paul in the book of Ephesians 6:10-11 Verse (10)” Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.”  Verse (11)” Put on the whole armour of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.”

Meanwhile in Christendom you can hardly gather men and women of Yahweh, who would willingly team together to pray with and for each other (Giving God thanks for the faithful, who are teaming together in obedience, God will bless and strengthen you) Satan, on the other hand has sent his army of demons to launch their vicious attacks on God’s people.  This reminded me of my dream. I was seated in the pew of a church; suddenly an army of demons burst through the front doors. A familiar woman was leading them and a tall slim man walked directly behind her he held a briefcase in his hand.  As I watched them they were all headed for the pulpit; they were specifically looking for something or someone.  They then began to scan the congregation but could not find what they sought.  Completely frustrated, one of the demons transformed himself into the likeness of one of my blood sisters and sweetly said, “Margaret, where are you?  Apparently, the army of demons was not aware of my presence and they didn’t realize I could see them and their evil activities but it was only a dream.  However, Can you imagine Satan sending out an army of demons against only one of Yahweh’s children?  The two gangsters are a prelude to what is quickly approaching those who dare to take a stand for Jesus Christ and speak out against injustices in our land!  The Good News is found in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  In Him, we have the calm assurance of Abba Father’s, Word from  the book of  Isaiah chapter 54:16-17 verse (16)” Behold, I created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work, and I have created the waster to destroy.”  Verse (17)” No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn.  This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of Me,” Saith the LORD.”

Awake! Awake! Awake people of Yahweh; rise in prayer to stop not only the two gangsters who have been assigned to assassinate our sons and our daughters in broad daylight but rise up in prayer to stop Satan’s army from advancing against those who are faithfully carrying out their kingdom assignments.  Rise up with righteous indignation! Metaphorically speaking, Rise up through the power of the Holy Spirit but always be mindful of how the two gangsters looked past me.  They caught a glimpse of two warring angels, who were poised for the fight, the sight of them terrified the two gangsters!  Be ever so mindful though, that demons recognize power and authority, they know when you and I are walking in power and authority.  We must make sure there are no unconfessed sins in our lives before engaging in battle.  The Word is speaking this time from the Epistle of 2 Corinthians chapter 5 verse (21) “For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.”  The two gangsters along with Satan and his army will persist but you are a righteous seed and Abba Father, has empowered you with boldness as that of a lion!  Can you hear, see, believe and declare this Word without fear of contradiction from Proverbs chapter 28 verse (1)? (1)”The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are bold as a lion.”

May Abba Father, undergird you with His strength and wisdom to stand up for Jesus Christ. He will divinely reveal His strategic plans written in His Word to defeat the two gangsters!

There are some things in our lives which causes us  
great pain and suffering; yet Abba Father refuses  
to remove them. The Apostle Paul reminds us of this  
in 2 Corinthians 12:8-9, he says… (8) ” For this  
thing I besought the Lord thrice; that it might depart  
from me. (9) ” And He said unto me, my grace is  
sufficient for thee: for My strength is made perfect  
in weakness. ” No one knows exactly what the Apostle’s  
affliction was, it is described like a thorn in his  
life: and as you know a thorn in the flesh really hurts.  
This affliction caused the Apostle Paul much pain and  
discomfort. In whatever you or I may be going through,  
Abba Father is working out a wonderful transformation  
in our lives through the crosses we are called to bear.  
Can you imagine the Apostle, who was a self-sufficient  
man ? Having to deal with such a vexing debilitating  
problem. He prayed for Abba Father to remove it, but  
God refused to remove it. Instead, He promised the Apostle  
Paul that He would demonstrate His power in him…. you  
know what? During Apostle Paul’s affliction, he  
realized it kept him humble, and reminded him of the fact  
he needed to stay in constant contact with God. The truth  
is as we come to grips so to speak with our limitations, we  
will rely on God our Abba Father for our effectiveness: rather  
than on ourselves.  
 
In your daily walk with Abba Father. What is it that you are  
facing ? Could it be a chronic illness? Divers’ addictions?  
Rebellious children? Spousal Abuse? It may be none of these,  
whatever it is you are going through, embrace your cross. For  
as you rely on Abba Father’s strength and His grace, He is  
developing Christian character in you. Yes, as you (and I) admit  
our weaknesses, we affirm, God’s strength. The fact is, you and  
I at some time or the other will encounter hindrances and set  
backs: but it is during these times you must depend on God your  
Abba Father, to see and experience His power in demonstration;  
to bring you through. Embrace the cross you are called to bear  
without murmuring and complaining, surrender your plans and your  
dreams to Abba Father. May this poem, the pen wrote entitled  
EMBRACE YOUR CROSS challenge and inspire you!  
 
Your cross may seem offensive and inconceivable  
To bear….  
Yet your cross, you must bear.  
Embrace your cross;  
It will empower your purpose  
To fulfill…. the Saviour Jesus Christ  
Went ahead and embraced His cross;  
Carrying all your shame, humiliation  
And pain…. Yes, Jesus suffered and shed  
His blood, so you can embrace your cross.  
With a confident assurance that to embrace  
Your cross, is the strength in your life which  
Will keep you humbly before the throne room  
Of God….Embrace your cross today and embark  
upon a life transforming encounter with  
Abba Father, bringing you into the light  
Of your destiny…. embrace your cross!  

There He stood at the top of the mountain beckoning to me down in the 
valley, to come up higher in Him. Then looking around in the low valley, 
saw a green smooth path leading up the mountain side, but it led away 
from Him. It was a rough side which lead straight up to Him. Immediately, 
the decision was made, and my feet began the climb. Upon arrival, He was 
not there! Where did He go? Did He elude me? My feet then escaped 
some deadly traps on top of the mountain. Soon after overcoming discovered  
an unusual sight, people walking on a sea of glass and if that was not enough: 
there before me, the most beautiful river flowing like in the garden of Eden. While 
gazing upon its beauty, awakened saying, ” I’m going to make it.” Yes, it was a 
dream, yet it gave me hope and once again I was healed! These words caused me 

to sit up in bed at 2am in the morning, ” Come up Higher in the way you are living, 
come up higher from the cares of this life. Come up higher in your study of the 
word, and in your prayer life. Come up higher, for the wages of sin is death. It 
is time to unwrap the gifts I have given to you, which will activate My river to flow 
abundantly from My throne to you! Come up higher from the noise of the nay Sayers, 
and all who oppose My will and purpose for your life! Come up higher to receive 
My specific instructions for your life. Come up higher to see more clearly and to truly 
understand the deep and hidden things. No more will you wander around in darkness. 
The light of Jesus Christ is guiding your every step, leading you to the table I have 
prepared for you! Come up higher and you will be able to really love those who attempt 
to destroy My purpose and will for your life! Come up higher to be transformed in My 
presence. ” Still sitting, the word resounded from Isaiah 55:8-11. (8) ” For My thoughts 
are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways, says the LORD.” (9) ” For as the 
heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than yours, and My thoughts 
than your thoughts.” (10) ” For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and 
do not return there, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give 
seed to the Sower and bread to the eater, ” (11) ” So shall My word be that goes forth 
from My mouth, it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and 
it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. And be led out with peace; The mountains 
and the hills shall break forth into singing before you, and all the trees of the field shall 
clap their hands. ” Being reminded of the Psalmist David as he fled to the refuge of Abba 
Father’s presence. Read it for yourself from the Book of Psalm 61:1-5 & 8. (1) ” Hear my, 
O God, attend to my prayer,” (2) ” From the end of the earth I will cry to you, when my 
heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I. ” (3) ” For You have been 
a shelter for me, a strong tower from the enemy. ” (4) ” I will abide in Your tabernacle for 
ever, I will trust in the shelter of Your wings. Selah. ” Pause and calmly think about that as 
you focus on verse (5) ” For you O God have heard my vows, you have given me the 
heritage of those who fear Your name.” (8) ” So, I will sing to Your name forever; that I may 
daily perform my vows. ” 
 
Friend, despite what you are going through amid it all, stop! Take a deep breath in, 
now breathe out……There! Question, can you hear Yahweh, saying to you, come up higher ? 
The word is resounding this time from the Book of Revelation chapter 22. Jesus is speaking, 
(12) ” And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give everyone according 
to his work. ” (13) ” I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning, and the End, the First and the 
Last. ” Yahweh, says to you and He says to me, (14) ” Blessed are those who do His commandments that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates of the city.” 
Beware of what is outside of Him as He calls you to come up higher! (15) ” But outside are dogs 
and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices 
a lie. ” COME UP HIGHER! (17) ” And the Spirit and the bride say, ” Come! And let him who 
hears say, ” Come! ” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of 
life freely.” Come up higher today! Tomorrow may be too late…. COME UP HIGHER!

The Pastor’s wife suffers many things and in silence she sometimes will with draw from everyone. She is wise enough to know not to have any clicks in the church and to treat everyone equally. Her focus is not on preaching in the pulpit. She is a woman of prayer and desires to become a yielded vessel unto the LORD! 

Though often criticized and misunderstood, the Pastor’s wife perseveres and learns to cry out to Abba Father in prayer and supplication; in response Yahweh is answering the Pastor’s wife prayers which reminded me of just this past weekend how I experienced an urgency to catch up on some household chores and I worked up until almost midnight that’s when I heard these words as they rang out, “The Pastor’s wife!”  

Immediately I felt the pain of rejection, frustration and weariness of a day of working so hard only to feel an emptiness within; Abba Father interjected, “Those hours of working non-stop were a demonstration of what the Pastor’s wife has to go through; He continued, ‘she is often given a book to read to teach her how to be a Pastor’s wife.  She is given instructions to sing in the choir and become actively involved in every aspect of the church. Abba Father also revealed that the emptiness which I felt after completing my chores is the same way the Pastor’s wife feels after doing everything, she could do to please her husband and the church.” 

This revelation totally astounded me as I tried to maintain my composure but instantly I fell on my knees in awe as the LORD gave me a flash back of a few days before my husband’s induction as Pastor, it was as if all hell had broken loose so to speak; my response as I walked the floor of my home was, “LORD, I cannot do this! I cannot be a Pastor’s wife.”  Abba Father replied, “You have not even begun yet!”  This reply had placed me back on track and the scales of being ignorant of what the enemy had successfully done with his lies to cause me to give up before getting started. The Word spoke to me from Isaiah 43:1-2, (1)” Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are mine.” (2)” When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame kindle upon you.” 

Listen, while Satan only comes to do three things to kill, steal and to destroy there is something else you should know, his most effective tool is discouragement; then he tags teams with those two imps lies and deception then subtly fear will attempt to take over your life. The Word is speaking again this time from 2 Timothy 1:7 “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” 

I just stopped by to encourage the Pastor’s wife who may have reached your breaking point and may even have become despondent because of what you have and still experiencing as the Pastor’s wife. The books you have read (even though they contain a wealth of knowledge) to teach you how to become a Pastor’s wife have failed. You have been faithful and obedient, but it has left you empty but there is a deeper call from within. Yahweh has His hands on your life and is giving you an open invitation to the feast He has prepared just for you! Do you not know that everything you have gone through was the process to bring you to your place of destiny? Be still right now and please pay close attention; you were not called, excuse this expression to be “A jack of all trades and a master of none.”  You are the Pastor’s wife and even before you were in your mother’s womb God chose and ordained you to be the Pastor’s wife. He placed within you the Breakers Anointing to destroy yokes, to lift burdens and to break shackles! Abba Father is calling you to intensify your prayer life and increase the time you spend in the secret place of His presence. It is time to pay closer attention your (me too) home and to really minister to the Pastor. You have been given the anointing of Jael to defeat and to destroy the works of the enemy – The fire of God is upon your life to transform the atmosphere in your home to not only chase the enemy away but to cancel the works of darkness. Little foxes are being sent on special assignment to destroy not only your marriage to the Pastor but to also destroy your home. This is a red alert to the Pastor’s wife even though where you are on your journey, you may not be able to identify with this, I hear it resounding, “Pay closer attention to your home!”  The little foxes are getting in and are not only opening the back door but are boldly taking the hinges off your front door while you are at home. Good news though, God has seen this and is now intervening on your behalf! 

Abba Father is even now stepping in to heal your broken wounded heart; He is restoring all that was stolen from you. The Pastor and the entire congregation will see in short order that you are God’s beloved, and you will function and be respected as the Pastor’s wife. A time of refreshment is coming for you. Yes, God is re-routing you and reviving you to demonstrate His Word through you. The question is though, are you willing to forgive others, then forgive yourself (me too) for believing the lies of the enemy? While you are pondering on that two-part question just know that you have been redeemed, the slate has been wiped clean, but will you step up and answer the call of Yahweh on your life or will you continue with business as usual? 

The Word is speaking from Isaiah 41:10 “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” God will empower you to do mighty exploits for Him even while you are being criticized, misunderstood during those extremely challenging times. You have been chosen to be the Pastor’s wife to be a backer for him and to keep him saturated in prayer. Look to your true Source, go to the secret place of God’s presence, and walk in the Power and Authority Yahweh has given to you to function in every season of your life as the Pastor’s Wife!
